Plan It Green invites prospective event holders to join Slow Food San Diego at Eclipse Chocolat for a chocolate truffle tasting on Thursday evening 11/5/09 from 7 to 8pm.

This event is guaranteed to educate and excite your palate! Chocolatier William Gustwiller will be pairing his delicious chocolate truffles with artisanal cheeses and wine. Starting with the highest quality chocolate, Will uses all-natural ingredients and organic spices to create unusual and exotic flavors.
